[redacted] submitted your loan application to Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. on February **, 2015 for an underwriting decision. The loan application submitted by [redacted] was incomplete and we could not render a decision on it. Notification of the incomplete mortgage application was sent to [redacted]. Once this incomplete application issue was resolved, the secondary issue of the subject property, and the associated amount of repairs required had to be addressed.
