which is a bad business practice and I explained I would not do this. We agreed to remove one large dead branch in the maple tree and cut low hanging branches from the oak  tree. We agreed on a price of $600 for this service. Now that the project is complete the client is now saying we were supposed to top the tree. This was not agreed upon and if it was agreed upon it would have been the original $900 I quoted, not $600. I have all documenting that proves this .
