Practices Associates Medical Group Specialty Care

Review: I received a bill from them and paid it. However when I went onto my insurance website to check and see how much they were going to pay it was different. My patient responsibility was less than I had paid. I called in October and had to leave a message because nobody ever answers the phones. I did not receive a call back. I called again on Novv.4th and left another message and asked when I would be receiving my refund, I still have not received an answer or my refund. My patient responibility is $28.57 and I paid them$95.00. I am due a refund of $66.43. Please help me resolve this matter.
