Review: My furniture was picked up September 19th. It arrived at my new home

October 4th, 19 days later/12 working days. Below is a list of damages:

1-Swivel desk chair-broken arm, plus deep scratches. Arm was removed and

taken to be fix, arm was never returned. Ethan Allen $499.

Photos sent to [redacted] in NJ who did the initial deal.

2-Floor lamp shade-hand painted purchased in Japan-difficult to replace

20X16high, original cost $210 shade only; the base of the lamp is also

very badly scratched. Lamp is 70"high, photo sent to [redacted]; total cost

lamp, back them $575.

3-TV badly damaged

4-Vanity-the middle portion-mirror was moved out of place, photo sent to [redacted]

5-Received 7 boxes short. These boxes contained non perishable food, such as,

3 ORGANIC-2LBS BOTTLE-RAW HONEY@$15+EA,; several NATURE PATH ORGANIC BOXES OF CEREALS @$6EA.

others, ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, ETC.Desired Settlement: They should be put out of business; they had not even returned any of my calls.
