Review: Intially when I brought the car there, I brought the diagnostic from the dealership. At that time, I was told they would do an assessment and tell what I needed. Well they ignored what the dealership stated was wrong and proceeded to fix the problems themselves. Welll I thought the problems was fixed but only 2 out of the 5 got fixed. I proceeeded to go back 5 times to get the car fixed and they did not know what they were doing causing other problems like fumes coming into my car when I turn the heat on. Well I took it to another dealership and they stated I still have the same issuess. The owner ** assured me that it was a new oil leak and that is why he refunded me around $770 instead of the $1050 I was requesting. He even told me to get back with him because he was sure he had completing what needed to done to repair the oil leak. But now that I told him what is happening, he told me he is not refunding me anything more and I do what I have to do.Desired Settlement: To receive the difference of the $1050 and $770 that I already received.
