I dropped off my motorcycle with keys at 554 College Street location to *** on September 4th, 2018. He provided me with a signed letter that states they will try to sell my motorcycle for atleast $2899 to maximum of $3299 and retain a 15% commission. I followed up after few weeks and learned that they have already sold the motorcycle and payment will be made to me in few weeks. I have been following up since October 2018 until last week and they have not made any payment to me.
The cheque payable to me for the sale of my motorcycle. I have not received any payments.
Initially I thought that *** was going to use the proceeds of the sale of hos motorcycle to purchase another. I was under that impression for quite a while.
I now realize that *** wants to receive a cheque for the proceeds and will process one within 30 days
