The customer sent the item back to us for a refund. We did not receive the item. Our returns department recieved an empty package from the postal service enclosed in a clear package stating "We sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the postal service..." ... We have attached photos of the package for review by the customer and the BBB. The United States Postal Service admits that they destroyed the package while in transit from the customer to our returns department. The customer will need to file an insurance claim with the Postal Service in order to recover the value of the package. Most Priority mail shipments are automatically ensured to $50.00. https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm. We can only provide a refund of the returned item if we actually receive the item.
