Powers Custom Fencing

Review: I contracted [redacted] of Powers Custom Fencing to apply a protective coating to a fence that **. [redacted] had built on my property. I also contracted him to fix a gate on a fence. He asked for a deposit of approximately 40% of the contract costs in order to buy specialty materials. Given our previous business relationship, I did not have second thoughts about providing the deposit. **. [redacted] committed to doing the work in February 2014, then later, committed to having the work completed by April 6th, 2014. He failed to initiate the work, and has failed to return phone calls or emails regarding the work and the contract.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have **. [redacted] return my deposit. I believe it is in the best interest for this contract to be cancelled.
