it was purchased on my phone by my daughter. I seen the transaction and contacted them within an hour. And told them what had happened. I was told no problem refund was going to be issued. They keep coming up with excuses about why the refund hasn't went through. That was the *** of July its now the *** of August. And still no refund. The charged amount was $129.97 I have emails from fran about this as proof .
We do apologize for the delay. The refund has been issued in full and batched. Please allow 24-48 hours for funding return.
I guess I should have known better by the name "Highster Mobile" because it fits their description. I purchased a security software product for phone monitoring that by all indications online looked like it was well reviewed and rated. However, when I tried to use the product on my child's phone, I discovered that the phone had to be "rooted" in order for the functions to work. I attempted to do so, only to find out that the phone could not be "rooted". So I called the company and explained the situation to them and talked for about an hour trying to solve the problem. When we discovered no solution, I was advised to contact the company via email and emailed the company to follow up. I received a response stating that the refund would be processed and that the processing would take 4-6 business days. This was three months ago on March *, 2020 and still to date no refund has been processed.
Hello, Your refund has been issued in full on 6//20. I copy of the refund receipt has been sent to the email provided.
I bought a product from The Powerline Group. Initially the directions said one thing, but once I purchased the product the directions after purchase were different from what the initial directions stated. As a result, I was unable to use the product that was purchased. I have been going round and round with them about getting my money returned. It's been almost 2 months now and it is ALWAYS one excuse after another. Most recently, it is that their server is down which they need to process refunds. This is the third time this excuse has been used.

On 3//20 I ordered a product from AutoForward that was misrepresented until AFTER my money was taken and the download info was emailed to me. I immediately requested a refund, since the product was not correctly advertised and was emailed in return three different times that my money would be refunded. First, they said in 4-6 days, then a server problem occurred??? and they said 2-3 more days. Still nothing so emailed again, and then no response. To date, no money has been refunded to me: $29.99. Don't use this company. They're a scam.

I purchased this thinking it was $29.99 because that’s the way it is advertised online. My account was charged $89.97. The page displayed says $29.99, when you hit buy now it goes to the next page where it asks for your credit card info. Usually totals are at the bottom with the submit button, when I didn’t see one I falsely assumed I was going to be charged $29.99 like it said on the previous page. Later I looked and saw In the upper right hand corner of the payment page it says Total: $89.97 in small print. I was a little under the influence and realized the next day what id done and that this was a scam. When I asked for a refund they sent me an email with their refund policy which basically states that under no condition are you able to get a refund. The website I purchased the product on Is *** but the company that charged my card was the powerline group.
Your refund has already been issued for the full amount of $89.97 on 4//20
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I filed my complaint and they did refund my account a few days later.
Sincerely
On Saturday, March *** I purchased a product from Auto Forward, and they advertised their product for $69.99, but I was charged $129.99. (more than what the product was advertised for.
I am requesting a full refund of my money, and a cancellation of their service immediately. They have a long list of all their refund policies that they provided after I requested my money back, and they did not post their policies in the purchase page.
Your refund has been issued in full the same day you requested
