I am rejecting this response because: no attempt was made to resolve this again. Powerhouse Diesel entered into a oral contract to refund the money and when legal paperwork was sent to them they neglected to refund the negotiated contract. All they sent in this...

rebuttal was the same information I submitted, a copy of their bill. No attempt was made to resolve this matter or counteract the information I provided to state that they were correct in their diagnosis and parts replacement. I am requesting 100% parts and labor refunded that was paid to powerhouse diesel shop, refund in costs to transport truck and trailer back to local mechanic and home of record, and repairs in total from local mechanic shop, and any and all legal fees associated with this case.None of the  parts replaced by powerhouse diesel were deemed necessary after thorough investigation by independent shop, and they cut excess parts which would have led to motor failure later down the road and they charged for parts that were never replaced. Copies of shop texts, phone voice mails, and Web page listing along  with the full detailed report from the independent shop are all available and a part of record. This offer is rejected because there is no offer from powerhouse diesel,  and after facts of case show shop was in wrong throughout entireally process.Let the facts speak for themselves.  This offer has been rejected.
