The crew that installed my solar power generating system today was outstanding, all of them. They got here early, as promised, worked a full, hard day with few, if any, breaks, were serious about their work, obviously cared about doing a quality job, answered questions readily about the install and the system, took the time to make sure I understood the answers when I asked stupid questions, they finished on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and they were polite, respectful and conducted themselves very professionally. And, this may not be politically correct, but I liked the fact that they were each American homeboys, not illegal aliens who could not speak English. I consider them, each of them, to be a credit to Power Home Solar. Don't know how a crew like this was put together but they deserve some recognition by PHS because of their high value to the company.

I didn't have to worry about the whole process in regards to contacting various agencies involved with the approval process. The company took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner.

Very pleased with the solar panels, installation, and customer service.

The installation team was thorough and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail cannot be matched. Solar panels were installed on the roof of my detatched garage. Because of this a trench was dug through the yard with a trencher. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard.

The installers were very professional. The system is working perfectly. I am very happy with the entire purchase, from the salesman to the installation. All of my questions were answered completely. I am happy with the system !

Terrible unprofessional customer service. Installers damaged home, dropped pieces off of roof hitting deck and grill, damaged bushes and landscaping, Broke trim around attic access. It’s a shame management and owners at this company allow such terrible customer service.

Installation was professional and timely. Still waiting on inspection but the installers walked me through the system and provided me with details of the installation as the pieces of the system were put together. Well done.
