Review: I ordered a used cell phone that was advertised as being in working condition but when I received it it would not power on. After charging over night it still would not power on. Contacted seller to inform them there was an issue with the product and while awaiting a response I was able to get the phone to power on but it only lasted one day. I waited to hear from the seller but after no response I informed bonanza.com of the issue and waited again for a response from the seller. After no response again I contacted [redacted] which I used to pay for the product and filed a request for a refund with them after which I received a response from them that my request had been denied by the seller because the seller says I am past the 30 days of their warranty which is true but only because they would not respond to my earlier requests. All I wanted from the beginning was to have the product replaced or my money refunded and as of now have gotten neither.Desired Settlement: Refund of money or product replaced with a working unit.
