I have decided to purchase a new projector after much hassle from
previous buyers
Review: I bought a "new" Sharp television with model number [redacted]. This unit was advertised as "new" but it turns out that they sent me a refurbished unit. When I placed the order I asked if this was a new unit and not refurbished and I was assured that it was brand new. I recently contacted sharp with a problem with the TV and to my surprise Sharp says they cannot do anything to help because its a refurbished unit. So they are lying to customers and selling them TV's that are refurbished and saying that they are new.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded including shipping. This way I can buy a new TV that isn't a refurbished model.
Review: I purchased a sharp xr-30x multimedia dlp projector on Wednesday, August **, 2009 from sales person [redacted]. My invoice number is [redacted] and order number is [redacted]. My purchase included a special package kit. This included a CPS 3 year extended television/projector bulb service plan. I called them after not receiving 3 bulbs with my projector. The representative stated that the projector bulbs have a shelf life and so when I needed a replacement, they would send up to 2 or 3 replacement bulbs when needed. My projector is down to 4% and I use it in my classroom. I moved from [redacted] to [redacted] to take a teaching job at a parochial school. I have e-mailed and attempted to call the company and received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the projector bulb for my projector. That is what I paid for and expect those results.

Review: I purchased a Sharp 80" Aqous Quattron 240Hz3D Smart LED HDTV, Model LC80LE844U, 3D blue-ray player with3D glasses with CPS 3 year television in-home extended service on 12-**-2012 from POWERSERLLERnyc. In order for the extended service warranty to be honored, an itemized detail invoice with prices and date of purchase must be presented. No itemized invoice was ever provided for my purchase. I have tried multiple times via phone, FAX, and email to reach POWERSELLERnyc to request an itemized invoice; however, all attempts have been futile. No one representing POWERSELLERnyc answers the phone number provided and a FAX will not go through. Emails remain unanswered. The warranty I purchased is carried by Consumer Priority Service. However, without this itemized invoice, they are unable to honor my $399.99 warranty purchase.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive an itemized and priced invoice on all items purchased on 12-**-2012 in order to satisfy my warranty company's requirement for documentation. Order # [redacted] Total amount of invoice is $5,054.35.
