I personally found their website and phone staff extremely helpful. One of their recruiters called me back in response to my resume and was quite pleasant to talk to. As far as the website I found the imagery appealing to the eye (i'm a big fan of cityscapes) and the company mission statement to be attractive enough for me to send my resume in. I have an interview set up and can't wait, sounds like a pretty solid company.
