The electric motor on the $*** power dolly trailer mover I purchased from this business started malfunctioning and smokingI reached out to *** *** at Power Movers to see my optionsI paid out of my pocket for my motor to be shipped to his location to replace the motor with warranty workOver a week of not hearing anything back I called for a status updateI was told bad news, the motor is no longer available by the manufacturerHe mention he had a couple of the exact motors in stock at his business, however I was not going to get one since he is going to give those to new customers instead of his previous customerMy options are he can use a lower end Chinese made motor for around $*** out of my pocket that he was not sure if the foot print would match up to my existing power dolly hardware, and mentioned this motor is not very good for a lot of useAfter I realized I could not get an motor replacement of one he already had in stock at his location and my other option was
