Review: On May 1 2011, I picked up my mobility scooter ( Pride Victory 10 ) after having repairs in the amount of $762.14 done to it. Approximatly 2 weeks later the scooter broke down after two uses. I took the scooter back to have it looked at since I felt it should be under warrenty. Since then I have not been able to get satisfation for the break down or even get the scooter repaired. I have been able to remain in telephone contact to some extent with the owner by leaving messages on his voice mail. The problem is that he has closed the store in [redacted] and the main phone number he had. He keeps promising to bring the scooter to my work place but he never shows up. I am currently using a borrowed scooter but I would really like to get mine back or have it replaced.Desired Settlement: Either the return of my scooter or payment of the $800 I paid for it in April 2011.
