Concerning the Oeltjen complaint. 1.The man had months on his trailer before he had found a problem, according to my well seasoned technicians, a trailer axle would not handle a wrong bearing for that period on the road, not even two trips to the landingMOST customers if they had service
done and had a problem would return to the service station they had the job done at for remedy.3.A typical service station would not give warranty on a month old serviced product. All in all, we have an award winning service department with Mercury Marine , so we are doing something right in the boat service industryOne in of the award winners in the whole USA.
