The minute free estimate is actually hours long hard sell complete with if you sign today you get this special pricing for today onlyOur minute estimate took hours and the salesmen showed no signs of leaving even though it was coming up on midnight and the yawning started around 9pm They talk lots of numbers and statistics but leave you with nothing to back them up I think they offer a decent product but I dont appreciate the lack of respect for my time I had put them off on a couple of occasions previously because I didnt have the minutes they kept insisting this would take When the salesman was here we said something about spending hours with a client, and he said it is not that uncommon I have no reason to not hire them at this point, but as I said, I do not appreciate the lack of respect for my time or the hard sell tacticsI wish they would give more support for the statistics they through around in the quote processAlso provide references so we dont have to call back and ask for them Also Left a message for them on a Saturday - days later (business days) still no return call yet
