I went into this store for a part for my furnace and I gave the old guy that is the owner of the store the part number that I needed, he gave me a different part and said that it will work. I told him if it works I would take it I paid $203.28 on my visa I took the part to my HVAC guy and as soon as he looked at it he told me that it will not work. the part was never opened so when I took it back only an hour after I purchased. the old guy refused to refund me my money back, and told me that their is no refund on electric parts. I told him that he you told me this would work and he told me that he can order the other part but will take 2 to 3 weeks. I told him that I cant stay with out heat for that long, then he said I can give you in store credit or that he will refund me only 80% of what I paid which would be $162.62. this place dos not know how to do any business please don't deal with them because they will lie and tell you anything to get your money but will not refund it back if their is a problem
