Review: I put a ten dollar bill into their quarter machine and it only gave me a dollar in quarters, so I put a note under the business door explaining what happened and the time it occured. Adter two weeks and no response from the company, I called the city and got their phone number. I spoke with a woman who said she was the owner and explained the situation to her, she abruptly cut me off and began screaming at me that her machine took my ten and gave me five dollars in quarters, I told her that wasnt the case and she began screaming at me over the phone, I told her then if you claim it gave me five dollars in quarters then when can I expect a refund for the five dollars she told me when hell freezes over, I told her I would file a complaint to Revdex.com and my local governmet, she said be my guest you wouldnt be the first.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve a nine dollar refund as I put a ten dollar bill in their machine and only got back one dollar in quarters.
