Power Balance

Review: A power balance bracelet was purchased from www.powerbalance.com for my son. One of the holograms has fallen off the bracelet shortly after receiving the bracelet. Both of us have tried numerous times via email to get in touch with customer service. We have not received any response. All the phone number we have for their CA office are either not in service, or disconnect immediately. Any assistance you can provide would be helpful.

949-272-7000 - disconnects immediately

I sent another email (the fourth one) yesterday asking for a response by today or I would be forced to contact the Revdex.com. I still have not received a response.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund or a replacement band. At this point, it would be nice to hear from someone. We have attempted to reach someone in customer service for months.
