This is my second review for Friendly Plumber, the first one was not a good review This review is the total opposite The "dig team" Kevin, Johny, and Spencer are wonderful They treat the customer with respect and let you know what they are going to do, why and how They made sure that I was not inconvenienced when they were working They treat the customer with respect and they made sure my problem was fixed the best way instead of just a patch The "dig team" went the extra mile for me I highly recommend them and would hire them again

AC stopped blowing cold airI called Friendly because of positive reviews of the company and because of an employee named FrankHe had some positive reviews, so I requested him specificallyHe showed up on time and ready to helpHe went step by step and got the AC blowing cold again He discussed service options with me and let me make an informed decision about my AC He also honored the Rprice quoted over the phone, which was much less than he understoodI felt comfortable and well informed at all times during the service call

We have worked with Friendly Plumbing Heating and Air for over a year They have always been prompt and very honest in their dealings with us Our air conditioner just went out and we worked with Jarom He was great, left decisions up to us with recommendations to help in the decision We decided to replace the air conditioner as well as the furnace We had Josh, John, and Deng come out the same day They were working on another job but still came to install this for us so we had air conditioning for the night They stayed until 10pm to get things working correctly We really appreciated the job and their willingness to get this done for us

Brady did an awesome job on giving me options, he was fun, friendly and knowledgeableFriendly plumber is awesome company and would recommend them
