Sorry to say, these people probably can get rid of termites, and other pests, BUT CAN NOT get rid of roaches! I live in an apartment complex of 9 units, been here for almost four years, and once a year I have to pack my entire kitchen up in boxes, get my cats in crates and get out for 3 to 4 hours, EVERY YEAR! AND STILL NO DIFFERENCE! THEY are here running around all the time! I am OCD in cleanliness, steam mop every night..scrub scrub scrub..and POWELL guarantee's their work? If I have to move out of my kitchen one more time, I might as well just put those boxes straight into a moving van! I don't think they know what their doing when it comes to roaches..
