This is a three year old review that I wish I left a after my car, a 2007 Dodge Caliber was fixed but I came to this company on the account of a friend telling me about them, so I gave them a try. They went over my car with a sharp eye assessing the damage and how much it would cost and how long it would take. So after I paid my deductible they went to work. They would tell me if there were other parts needed and how long they were going to keep it for the repair. They also gave me an number so I could keep track of the progress on my car on their website which was really cool. After a week I went down to pick her up and it was like nothing happened. She was back to the way she was when I bought her and the accident never happened. I was speechless and in tears. I know everyone has their opinion of how this place is bad and not worth going to, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to than Poway valley collision. Thank you so much!
