Poupee Gallery

I ordered poupee dolls from ***, the owner of Poupee Gallery in November, 2015, and two of the dolls I received were damaged (holes in the fabric)I called and informed Shelly of the damaged dolls and told her I would mail them back to her She told me she would send me a refund for the two dolls, a total of $318.00, which did not include the postage I confirmed everything in an email to her on 11/23/ As of today I have not received the refund check or any response from her (my emails on 12/29/15, 1/4/and today, 1/7/15)
