Our delivery tickets indicate that the delivery is "delinquent after days", which is the date the fuel is posted to the customer accountPayment for the account was days after the delivery: delivery made and payment posted The delivery prior to that was made and paid 416, over days past due.The customer was contacted by phone (a message was left on voice mail) that there would be an additional fee of $plus the balance due if the service was disconnected due to non payment.Once the system had been shut off I agreed to bill the customer the $turn on fee, although our policy is to collect it with the balance due.As a one time courtesy the account has been credited back the $turn on fee

offered every year and is typical for most energy providers.Based on last winters weather and the customers heating demand there was a credit balance on the account at the end of lock-in program (May *, 2016).Typically any unused credit from a previous year stays on the account and is then used for the next years heating expense. It is not our normal practice to "refund" those monies back to a customer, which is what this customer was requesting. Prior to receiving this notice it had been decided that we will, in this one time instance, refund the credit balance back to the customer. A check request has been made for the full amount. [redacted] was notified of that decision. It is our understanding that this customer has chosen to utilize another propane provider.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and once I am presented with a bill showing no charge for 150.00 dollar "turn-on fee," the matter will be resolved.
Sincerely,
