Poulin's Pest Control (Sktn)

Complaint[redacted] Sept 1, 2015 a technician from Poulin's Pest Control identified bug on sticky paper as bed bug. They heat/chemically treated house on Oct 6/15. I continued getting bites, but could not find any bugs. They would not retreat unless I found bugs. Nov 13/15 I got another company to treat house for bed bugs. Dec 3/15 I sent microscopic picture of bug to expert in England who identified bug as shield-bug nymph(non-biting) not bed bug (biting). Poulin's charged me for treatment of bed bugs which I never did have. They would not negotiate treatment cost. Desired SettlementRefund of their bug treatment cost of $1383.48, plus $1360.80 for bug treatment of second company, discarded carpet $185.90, discarded mattress and box spring $599.00. Total $3529.16
