Prime has reviewed the complaint and facts surrounding the situation. Prime's mailroom followed the instructions given by the driver and...
mailed the glasses using USPS. For reasons unknown and outside of Prime's control, the driver did not receive the package. In the spirit of good faith and to take care of our associates, Prime has reimbursed the driver for this loss.

Hello [redacted],
Thank you for your time and response, I'm a little confused on your response because it stated that "Prime has reimbursed the driver for this loss" and as of today o1/21/2016 I have not been reimbursed for my loss. If any credits was made to my pay check please tell me what pay cycle week because I've checked several pay stubs and didn't see the reimbursement you spoke of. My driver code is Mitmym and my fleet manager name is [redacted]@primeinc.com)I work in the Refer division, truck # XXXXXX
Final Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2016/01/21) */
Your dispatcher put it through this weeks pay.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 19, 2016/01/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The last two pay stubs including the paystub that I received via email yesterday, is not reflecting any reimbursement. As of 01/28/2016, 7am, I still have not been reimbursed.
