There is no mentioned who is going to pay technician John for his time. I still think that your policy that the customer has to buy your product and pay for labor to fix it is wrong and I will fight it in any available ways.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I reserve the right to re-open this complaint if the solution is not implemented to my satisfaction. Daikin has contacted the local contractor who originally installed the unit, but the contractor has not yet received a replacement. When the replacement unit has been installed, I will be satisfied with Daikin's response. I would also like the record to show that Daikin did not respond to repeated requests for help from me and the contractor who installed the unit; and that Daikin did not respond to the Revdex.com's inquiry until many weeks after I originally filed the complaint. I reiterate that this seems to be conduct unbefitting a Revdex.com accredited business; Daikin should work hard to resolve consumer concerns in a timely fashion, without consumers needing to file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com.
