Review: On Saturday, March 29th, my husband, 3 kids and I drove from [redacted], VA to [redacted], DC to see The [redacted] play. We arrived late due to traffic (1:55 p.m.), parked in Lot #[redacted] at [redacted] in the pouring down rain. We arrived at the park, walked in and had just gotten under cover when the game was cancelled. We arrived back at the lot at 2:14 p.m. and asked if we could get a refund and the gentlemen at the gate stated that I had to call the company and pointed to the sign. I contacted the company on Saturday as I was leaving the lot and they were not open. I called back yesterday 3/31 and the ###-###-#### and to my surprise it stated the number was no longer in service. I then called the ###-###-#### number and also received recording stating it was no longer in business. I called numerous times receiving the same message on both numbers. I then looked up the company online and when I hit the "dial number" (it dialed the same number I had been calling) the number went through and I was sent to a VM. I left a message on 3/31 and as of today still have not received a call back. I feel as though I am being avoided.Desired Settlement: With us paying $20 to park in the lot and only being there 19 minutes, I would like to either get a refund of my $20 or get a rain check for the next game that we attend since it was cancelled due to rain.
