Review: [redacted] and [redacted] (husband/wife) owners of Potomac Nail Spa located at [redacted], #[redacted] of [redacted], VA [redacted] are operating their business in an unsanitary and unprofessional manner. [redacted] was starting to reuse Pedicure utensils without sanitazing on my sister [redacted]. There was visible dry skin on the pedicure utensil and [redacted] became loud, argumentative and angry while refusing to replace all the utensils with clean and sanitized pedicure utensils. [redacted] then in her native Vietnamese language instructed all of the other employees and her husband "[redacted]" (not real first name) [redacted] to not provide the service to [redacted]. [redacted]. I personally frequent this establishment two times a month and each time I have to INSTRUCT the employee to only use clean utensils while doing my pedicure. Everything is being used over and over again on patrons that come to Potomac Nail Spal. I believe their are violating the State of Virginia health laws by continuing with these practices.Desired Settlement: An apology is owed to myself [redacted] and [redacted], as well the owners of Potomac Nail Spa [redacted] and "[redacted]" [redacted] to adhere to the State of Virginia Health policies regarding ensuring all of the work areas, pedicure and manicure utensils are being properly sanitized.

I am rejecting this response because: The nail owner [redacted] did not remove the TWO foot scrubber from the sanitizer machine. She took them both out of the storage drawers and both (2) of the foot scrubbers had dead skin from a previous patron. They were dirty and even when trying to remove with alcohol and cotton swap she still was unsuccessful in removing the dry skin. [redacted] became rude and irate and spoke in her native language Vietnamese telling all of other technicans including her husband to not perform a pedicure for my sister. The owner [redacted] is a rude and unprofessional individual and I will not step foot in their establishment.
They are consistently being asked by myself and other patrons to sanitize their utensils. [redacted] and Potomac Nail Spa was clearily at fault and their statement is FALSE.
