Review: Extremely Poor Quality of work - Wall and floor tile cut and laid improperly; wall and floor tile totally damaged; wall tile does not lay properly along border gaping; floor and wall tile improperly grouted, space between tiles; grout unevenly spread...cracking; unsightly caulk on wall tile, door border, ceiling, along bath tub peeling; toilet not firmly fixed; tub faucet drips appears to be broken; toilet does not fill with water; used sink faucet installed; floor tile gaping from wall; did not install medicine cabinet.

Dishonest and Unresponsive - Paid Peter B[redacted] owner of Potomac Home Improvement, $10,000. $4000 was to be or bathroom fixtures for 2 small bathrooms. $2300 accounted for. $1,700 unaccounted. $6000 was paid for installation of fixtures including floor and wall tile, toilets, 1 bathtub, lighting, medicine cabinets and to build out 1 shower. One bathroom was worked on resulting in all materials being damaged. The bathroom will have to be gutted and everything purchased again and installed.Desired Settlement: $1700 - Balance of allowance fund that is unaccounted.

$4000 - Damage of fixtures AND damage to bathroom door and damage to hall wall (large hole) - Will need to remove the poorly laid tiles, purchase new tile for wall and floor, repaint wall, etc.
