[redacted] visited my store on 03/24/16 to purchase a new watch as her old watch didn't work for quite some time. We offered her to send her old watch to our watchmaker for a repair estimate but [redacted] instead chose to purchase a new watch from us. We offered her to choose among many...

[redacted] watches we carry at our store and she literally fell in love with the Model [redacted].We explained to her that it was is a gold tone watch with [redacted] crystals around the bezel, eco drive with the retail price of $295, including 5 yr warranty. We also offered a discount of 15% which [redacted] gladly accepted, paid with her personal check and was extremely happy with the purchase.The pressure that we have allegedly exerted on [redacted], per complaint lodged by [redacted]' relative, is a complete fabrication and distortion of the real facts. [redacted] who filed the complaint was not present in the store at the time of purchase and can't possibly assert that such pressure was put on [redacted].Potomac Gold & Silver Jewelry prides itself on serving local customers for more than 20 years and having tens of thousands of satisfied customers. Our return policy is very clear and it is hanging right in front of the register for everyone to see. That same policy is printed on every purchase receipt, as well. The essence of the policy is that the items purchased at our store can be returnéd to the store for a store credit only. The returns can be made in 10 days and the credit never expires.[redacted]. *. [redacted] also complains that our price is higher than that on [redacted]. We don't match [redacted] prices and never made any guarantees on matching online prices.[redacted] also alleged that we have "yelled" at her on the telephone. We never yell at our customersand her assertions of that are just not true. We wouldn't have been in business for more than 20 years if we yelled at our customers,We hope that our position stated above is understandable. Feel free to inform [redacted] that she can return the watch in the original condition and she will receive a store credit without an expiration date.
