Review: My wife [redacted], purchased shoe costing $147.34 At Potomac Cobbler on 7 Feb 2014. After spending about 1&1/2 hours trying different shoes and sizes. She finely decided on a pair of shoes. She explained to the sales lady that she would take the shoes home,wear them on the carpet for about 1/2 hour and if they hurt her feet she would return the shoes for a refund. [redacted] did just that and her feet became very painful. Due to medical challenges we could not return the shoes until 19 Feb 2014.At that time my wife came out of the store very upset and crying. [redacted] explained to me that the owner was very arrogant and rude to her and would not allow a refund. She left the shoes at the store. Unfortunately [redacted] could not find the receipt. After a lot of thought she thinks the receipt was in the shoe box under the paper around the shoes.[redacted] or I was not aware of the stringent unpublished and not made aware of the store return policy. Please help. I am scared of the owner and will not return to the store.Desired Settlement: We would like a complete refund of $147.34.
