I am not sure of Potomac Asphalt’s accounting procedures I only know the story that we were givenWe were very reluctant to send the last payment because there were so many issues still open
on our jobMarty G*** assured that everything would be taken care of and took two pages of notes and countless picturesSo against our best judgement we agreedSome of the issues included all the bolts missing from the drain, cracks wood and dirt in the finish and aggregate not worked down during finishingWe are looking forward to an independent inspection of work and craftsmanship we received
