Promised to plant 100 white tulips . The company collected the payment but never planted the tulipsWe hired Mark Poteat landscaping company in the fall of 2013 to do a fall clean up, landscaping and planting 100 white tulips. We even put it in writing that the tulips must be white and Mr Poteat understood the the task. The company came and did the work in the fall, In the spring of 2014 the tulips were lovely but none of them was white, so we contacted Mr Poetat and discussed the disappointment. He agreed to remedy the problem in the coming fall.In the fall of 2014 he suggested that if we chose him for the annual fall clean up/ landscaping again, he would plant the 100 white tulips. I was not too happy, since his estimate was $500 more than the other company I was interested in hiring. But we really wanted out white tulips, so we hired Mr. Poteat to do the fall clean up. After we payed him for the fall clean up he admitted that he has not planted the tulips yet but he was going to plant them later that week. But he did not plant the tulips that week, or any other week in the fall of 2014 or the spring of 2015. Every week he came up with some excuses. He is not returning any e-mails or calls for several months.I would like to ask for your help to settle the matter. Desired SettlementI would like to have 100 white tulip bulbs delivered to my house in a bag and $200 refund for not doing the labor he promised to do.
