I took my car to Springfield Dodge, Incin March of because it was running hotI was told it would be ready the next dayAfter a week they said it was finish when in fact I paid picked it up and the vehicle was still running hotAfter three weeks they told me to come get my vehicle they can not fix it and refuse to put anymore time into itThey kept my $and towed my vehicle to my homeI talk to the Manager Ben V*** and the Repair Manager several times with no resolveIf they did not fix my vehicle my funds should have been returnedI filed a police report and left quietly with the intent of suing for my fundsI did not expect this type of customer service from a well known dealership
