Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not package any part of the parcel that was shipped. The goods that I brought to the store were most certainly wrapped, packaged and shipped by an employee of thestore. I had asked the store employee that I wanted to have the goods packaged and shipped to my residence. At no time did the employee discuss, represent or disclose any itemized cost specific to packaging and shipping charges. The only price quoted to me was a single cost price of $39.78 which is what I paid after the employee completed packaging my goods. On 11/04/2014, the store confirmed to me in an email that they had successfully negotiated the claim reimbursement with [redacted] and that my check would be issued within 4 to 5 days. Again, I respectfully request to have the $90.41 (which also includes cost of goods) reimbursement sent to me as promised.
Regards,[redacted]
