attempted to file the claim on his ownAfter *** denied his claim*** *** contacted us for paymentDespite being in violation of the contract, we agreed to file a new claim with ***We asked *** *** to retain all packaging materials and to allow *** access to the printer for inspectionThis claim was denied on December 30th because *** *** and the receiver denied *** access to the printer.*** *** continued to demand payment and refused to provide information, allow access or to follow suggestions to move the claim forwardOn January 6th, *** *** again tried to file his own claim by submitting inadequate and poor quality photos of he damaged printer to ***Again *** denied the claim, this time due to poor packaging, a decision reached based on the photosAgain, *** *** demanded payment from us and we had no choice but to enforce the contract and deny his claim.Since that time, *** *** has filed suit in local court, contacted *** *** for a refunds chargeback and has now contacted the Revdex.comTo my knowledge, this is the first complaint filed against us since I purchased the store years agoIt is unfortunate there isn't a database of unreliable customers,Should anything else be required, please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,James V
