I recently purchased a set of Bali window solutions “grab n’ go brand. I installed quickly and simply. However, as I began to try to open and close them, they would not. As indicated on the box they “rotate 180 degrees”, but this wasn’t the case. Very disappointed in the product. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has had this problem. I will be writing and calling the company to add to the issues regarding this product.
