day 1. Web site error 404
Day 2. order went through finally
day 12: received poster
day 13: Poster seemed too dark
day 14: Emailed
day 18: emailed again due to no response
day 19: email received from a LOGAN was very ignorant, distasteful and RUDE.
I emailed back stating what what said was uncalled for and will be posting my review everywhere I can find.
day 20: reviewing the ignorance of the company and staff.

basically GO ELSEWHERE nothing but issues with this company.

Horrible! just horrible! stay away from this company. I order 4 posters recently and only is half way decent. I emailed pictures, there were dried drip marks of the ink and some how it was my fault. The others were super dark. Nothing like what I requested. Customer service was so unprofessional from the start and they don't want to help. They don't know the answer to much at all. I wish I could get my money back but that's not going to happen.

Unethical business. Ordered a poster on backlit film and they changed the order to "Photo Gloss." Since the confirmation email said "photo gloss," they will not correct the order. I was told I should have checked my email confirmation and contacted them right away. The only issue is that is exactly what I did. ***'t expect accurate printing to your spec or customer service. I'm opening a dispute.
