In early March I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership - I have been back twice to get new paper tags (3 paper tags total) because they have yet to provide a title. It's been over 90 days and looking here I see they had a prior issue with a title for a used vehicle as well. I'm wondering if there are similar mileage discrepancies with the title as there are with that case and that is why they haven't provided a title in the 3 months and change since I purchased the vehicle.
Thank you for making us aware of this complaint. Our General Manager, Shaun Atkinson, has since reached out to the customer and has agreed to switch her out of the vehicle she is having issues with. The customer has come in to our dealership, is currently BVA'd in a new unit, and to our knowledge, she is now happy. There is no fraud or negative intent on providing the title to the first vehicle she purchased from our dealership; we have just been having issues getting titles from out-of-state lenders since COVID has shortened the staff available at many lenders. We plan to apply for a court-ordered Oklahoma title as soon as we possibly can in order to try to speed up the process.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla with the VIN number of *** from this company on Jan 25, 2020 at a price of $4900 paid by cash. They did not give me the title and told me they will mail it.
However, they did not send me the title and I started to call them from Feb 11, 2020. They told me there was a discrepancy of the mileage on the odometer and the title, and it takes several weeks to solve it. I kept calling them but it always went to the voicemail. In the past 10 days, I have been calling them for more than 20 times, and they just tried to ignore or did not reply even. So I went to their workplace on Feb 15, and they told me they will send the title on Feb 17. They lied again and I still do not have the title. Today, Feb 19, I called them again since I still do not have the title in my mailbox. Finally, their manager talked to me on the phone that I need to go to their workplace to sign a paper about the mileage discrepancy, and then they can process the paperwork for the title, and it will take another several months. I refuse to sign that paper.
Now I am sure they sold me a car with a different odometer reading from the mileage on the title. This is probably why the company tried to avoid positively reply to me, they are working on the title to manipulate the mileage. This is fraud, and I am very uncomfortable with the mileage discrepancy, since this means that there is a possibility that the odometer reading was changed in some way or even rolled back. I talked to them that I need to return the car and have full refund because of their manipulated mileage. The manager there refused to do that.
I have tried to research your complaint, however I am unable to find your name or vehicle in our system. Please verify you purchased your vehicle from a Hudiburg dealership.

In this particular sitatuation, we have resolved the situation by refunding the entire purchase of the vehicle. The slight discfepancy in miles was by error and there was no willfull intent to deceive Mr.. Please lnow that the purchase contract that was agreed to did in fact have the correct miles of the vehicle at the time of purchase.
After speaking with the customer, he has stated that he is completely satisfied. We appologize for any misunderstanding.
