computer froze. pop window phone#. ran diagnose and fix .no fix. lifetime service. no. ask for more money. caked fir refund, no
company promised to fix glitches in computer. rand programs for 2 hours. said it was fixed. sent $844 for "lifetime service". no such thing. Called them again a couple of months age and asked for help. they asked for more money. said this was lifetime service. no they say this instance doesn't count! Called them on the phone yesterday and asked for a refund. no dice, no fix, no money. a real fraud.
