While I am not familiar with the legality of forcibly holding a party to a contract, I am familiar with the fact that I do not need or want these services and have no way of paying for them. I do not know how many owning partners there are in this establishment, I know that at least one of them must be kind enough to see this. I promise I am not trying to cheat anyone out of anything but just want to cancel the contract. I am still willing to pay a cancelation fee but I am literally not able to pay the $86 a month for this service, no matter how many attempts to collect there are. As a sign of good will I will be taking down any bad reviews I have put anywhere, and apologize for anything written or said on our part that may have offended the business.
