I placed an order on July 20thAt checkout, I was notified that the shipping time could be up to 1-weeks due to the volume of orders they were receivingI also received that same notice in my confirmation emailI patiently waited over weeks for a shipping confirmationI reached out to the company yesterday and was told that the shipping time was actually weeks (which would be Friday, August 10th) but that they couldn't tell me where in processing my order wasI was honest and told them this all seemed like a scamI was assured they were not a scamI then did further digging on their *** page and saw a link to the complaints on the Revdex.comWhen I asked them directly about these negative reviews, they blocked meI now have to file a dispute with my bank account for the charges, which is a pain, and won't ever receive the items I ordered nor get the time back spent on this company

I ordered from them in July at their closing saleIt’s now September and I’ve yet to receive my merchandise! When you contact them they state a delivery of -weeks since July!

This "business" posted advertisements to solicit sales of positive statement jewelryI placed an order in January and it took several e-mails (which I have saved) to finally get the merchandise today (four months later!!!)I also noticed that each month they charge my bank $and when I emailed them to find out why they said I signed up for a monthly "membership"surely it was in the fine print - I should have read betterI am now trying to cancel the "Membership"At best, my experience tells me that this is a very shady "business" at worst it is a potential scammerTo top it all off -- the quality of the merchandise is definitely NOT high quality! The charms are plastic (while they looked like they were silver)

At the beginning of December I responded to an offer from Positive Vibez and ordered free cactus necklaces All I had to pay was s&h, which I did I have not yet received these necklaces A couple of weeks after this initial purchase, my debit card was charged $ After contacting the company, I learned that my initial purchase enrolled me in a club where, each month, I would be billed $and be sent a "Just Breathe" box containing jewelery and various de-stressing items I have not yet received this box I requested via email on 12/13/that the account be canceled and Millie, from Positive Vibez support, responded acknowledging receipt of the request
On 1/10/18, I was charged another $by this company To date, I have received NOTHING from this company but have paid them about $ The account should have been canceled and this additional charge should not have happened My wife emailed Positive Vibez on 1/10/requesting that they send the produ

No Product & No Refund
They issued a refund which I have receivedThey say their payment process is down, keep emailing me saying they would send the refund as soon as their payment process is fixedThis has been going on since July 2018, when I orderReceived no product & now No refund

The business advertised a bracelet in which I liked and wanted to order
After ordering the bracelets I was told that I would be paying for a monthly membership of $
Therefore the same week(February 7)I requested to cancel my order and membership and refund the money for the bracelets
As of today 3/15/I have not received either the bracelets or the refund and the only way to contact them in through email
They keep telling me that the order is out for shipment

Back on October 18, 2017, I made two purchases on PositiveVibez.comOne for $and the second for $3.95; I have yet to receive those orders which are both Christmas gifts for my daughterI have emailed them several times and called them several timesNow on November 3, I purchased another necklace for $which I did receive but am disgusted withIt looks nothing like the picture; very cheap looking! I keep explaining to them that I got the necklace from the most recent order; but I have not received the necklace nor the bracelet from the first order back in OctoberThey continue to send me the information for the second one, stating that it's been shipped and give me the information from the most recent order
Also, when I call they state that because they had to fire their entire staff and start over; that orders will be delayedI have requested a call back but never get one!

I ordered merchandise from Positive Vibez through a promotion on *** on February 26th, The company did not send me a confirmation of my order but charged my account for $and $I had not received the merchandise so I sent the company an email to their support team at *** on March 6th, that stated the following, "Hi, I placed on order back on February 23rd and it has still yet to arriveWhen I try to log into my account it says that my email address I not recognizedCan you please assist? I would like to know when my merchandise is comingI ordered a t-shirt and a leather braceletMy account has been charged." I received a response back from an employee *** stating the following on March 6th, "Hi, *** Thank you for purchasingYour order is on awaiting shipment status and you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information as soon as the shipment is on its wayAlso, I have already sent a separate email

Today I received all eight necklaces from this company. Please close this case and thank you for your support.
