Hi [redacted], We strive first and foremost to go above and beyond for our clients, and to do what is best for them in every case. So we're very upset to see this post—especially since it's very misleading and you state a number of things that are simply untrue. To start with, please see the video...
footage of your dog in training posted below. You stated that “my dog does not even know how to sit.” Yet, the video shows that [redacted] not only responding to the Sit command he is also STAYING while the trainer walks away. This is a few minutes out of 6 hours of training footage we have on [redacted] while training with us: [redacted] Some other issues that you fail to mention in your disparaging attacks on our business include: 1. You sat down with us On Aug. 5th. The trainer didn’t sign you up for the program at that time, he told you to go home and talk to your parents to make sure this was right for you. You called 3 wks later to sign up. 2. Your program not only included 3 wks of training for [redacted] but also requires 6 follow up private lessons as well as Group Classes to help your reach a level of proficiency in obedience commands under distractions. The private 1 on 1 lessons are critical to teach you how [redacted] was trained, the methods taught, the commands he learned and the communication cues he understands. You did not finish your private lessons or group classes. 3. To try and resolve this problem, we offered to send a one of the trainers all the way to Eastern Idaho to help you with your private lessons, at no additional cost. You turned down our offer to allow you to finish. 4. Your suggestion that our company would in any way take advantage of disabled clients is false, defamatory, and frankly hurtful. We are deeply committed to helping the disabled community through our business. We have personally trained HUNDREDS of disabled clients, from wounded veterans to women who have been victims and who suffer from PTSD. We have helped certify more then 20 active service dogs in the last 12 months alone. Throughout this process, you have been focused less on solving any problem than on simply trying to get your money back from the credit card company—which leads us to believe you are simply trying to run an online smear campaign to extort a refund for a valuable service we have provided, rather than dealing with any legitimate issue. In fact, the first clue we had that you were in any way dissatisfied is when you attempted to have the credit card company charge back the fees, instead of even talking with us. All calls and emails are recorded and logged, and we have NO record of a call or email coming in to address your dissatisfaction prior to your credit card company taking the money from our business account. Since the credit card company is holding the money per your complaint, we don’t even have access to the money so we could not refund it even if we wanted to. With all that said we still want to work with you and reach a resolution—but we will not be extorted or endure any suggestion that we would take advantage of the disabled, since serving the disabled community is something we remain very passionate about. The most ironic thing here is that [redacted] did wonderfully while it was with us, and we have video proof of his training. You even told your friends how good his training was training going and they let us know. We are very sorry that your lack of communication has led to this as our over 700 clients in 2016 can attest we want every to have a pleasurable experience with our company. Despite all of that, we remain committed to helping you and doing everything we can reasonably do to help out you and [redacted] and to make you happy. If what you want is to extort money by making misleading and untrue statements, that is not going to happen. But if you want [redacted] to enjoy the best training available in the valley, please reopen communication with us. Thank you
