I purchased a used car from this dealership 19 days ago. I took it on its first real road trip today, 101 miles down the road, the car was completely out of oil and ruined the engine. There have been no leaks. The car was advertised as having been, "Well maintained," and I was told all maintenance had been performed on this car, they had their mechanic look over it and everything was in great shape. When I called the dealership to tell them of this problem, they told me the car had, "More than half full," of oil when they sold it to me 19 days ago. To date there has been no smoke coming from the car nor any other issues that should have alerted me to low oil. I realize I purchased a used car from a used car dealership but I expected the engine to last longer than 19 days and it would have if it had been, "Well maintained," as advertised. Do not do business with these people, it is family owned and they all answer to the father who forces his sons to do his dirty work via phone calls. This business could have done the right thing and at least offered to pay for repairs but they chose not to abide by the warranty of merchantability as no where in my paperwork does the car say, "Sold as is." In fact, I still don't have a transferred title 19 days later after having paid cash for the car. Their printer was, "Broken." when I was there and I fell for it when they told me they could not provide me with copies of my paperwork that day. I was told I was being sold a car with a, "Clean Florida title," it appears that is also incorrect. I will be contacting the Florida Attorney General and the DMV to find out more information on the title of this car. I thought I was dealing with honest people, I was wrong. Again, do not do business with these people. Crook is not a strong enough word. They clearly took advantage of a single female purchasing a car.

On Jan.22nd 22020 I purchased a used Ford F150 from Positiv Auto Sales in Clearwater Fl. It was as is and it knowingly needed some work, the windows did not work and it had rust that needed repaired. Even though I purchased it as is the dealer assured me when I purchased it that if I were to find anything seriously wrong with it in the first few weeks that they always work with their customers to deal with it. The first week I had it went right into the body shop to have the rust taken care of. I then immediately took it to Ammco to have the windows repaired. Finally I got a chance to use it to haul my trailer and found the transmission slipping. I took it back to Ammco in Winter haven and they informed me that the transmission needs to be rebuilt, at the cost of $2,300. I immediately contacted Positiv Auto and asked if they would at least help me with the bill a little and they said sorry 2 weeks is too long if it had only been a week or ten days they would have helped. I'm not asking them to foot the bill or to even take the truck back,(as I already have money invested in it) just help with the bill. They refuse
