We are in receipt of [redacted] complaint against Position Gurus Although [redacted] acknowledges that he received Position Gurus’ services, he is requesting a refund on grounds that another unrelated business known named [redacted] did not provide the services it promised [redacted] claims that Position Gurus should refund the money it received from him because it is supposedly related to [redacted] [redacted] is incorrectPosition Gurus is not related to [redacted] in any way Moreover, his claim that his credit card issuer has refunded him $1,is also misleading In actuality, as is typical when a customer disputes a credit card charge, [redacted] credit card issuer has provisionally returned the money pending the outcome of the charge back investigation We are confident that once that investigation is complete, the money will be returned to Position Gurus
