I sold a *** Necklace, worth over $*** for $***, the buyer claimed there was damage to item, poshmark ruled in their favor, I don't know why, however I have never received the necklace back from the buyer and they told me to wait and wait and still no notice of shipping the necklace back and they are withholding my funds

My account was suddenly blocked yesterday by PoshI received no email explaining why and emailed them several times with no responseThis is a huge problem as I have recently sold and shipped several items and bought items that are supposed to be in transit but they have not been delivered as and I am not able to recieve my pending fundsThis is an important source of income for me and I am very worried upon reading other's similiar complaintsI have put lots of time and effort into creating my closet and have all positive feedback and ship very quicklyI feel this is extremely unfair to myself and others

I have notified customer service on two different purchases I made that were not what the seller advertised with pictures and Poshmark never even replied to my emailsI also contacted both sellers and was told that I would be getting a refund of my money which I did not

I have been email and trying to get in touch with this companyI sold an item on there website and they stated that my payment would be automatically release in three daysIt has been weeks and I still have not been paid and my payment still haven’t been release

Our disputes team fully investigated this order and positively determined that the items sold by this user were counterfeitThe potential legal ramifications of selling counterfeit products are as follows:
Any one of the following could result in up to $2,000,in fines and/or up to
years in prison:
(1) conspiring to traffic in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371; (2) trafficking in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2320(a); and (3) concealing and selling imported counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 545.
As such, we are legally obligated to provide the buyer with a refund because these items cannot be legally soldDue to this, we consider the case resolved

I ordered an item (Kate Spade key case) on 03/20/It was sent USPS to me and was claimed to be delivered on 03/23/The package never arrivedMy branch Post Office located a package that was delivered locally that had the same tracking number, but it was not addressed to me or contain my itemThe postmaster insisted that I open the package in his presence to confirm the contents of the packageHe (postmaster) was concerned the retailer (username:***) was using the tracking code for more than one package, which is mail fraudI have been charged, I have never received my item, and Poshmark refuses to respond to my emails since my original inquiry on 03/25/

As previously mentioned, our in house authenticators have determined the item to be authenticAs a one-time courtesy we allowed the user to ship the item to our headquartersOn March 20th, 2017, we requested the user provide us with the tracking informationUnfortunately we did not hear back from the user until September 19th, The time frame in which this offer was valid is now over.
