I am a buyer and seller on Poshmark, and am a Posh Ambassador, top seller, all the bells and whistlesThey have suddenly started flagging things as offensive without any type of reasoning behind itI sent an e-mail to them asking why the item was offensive and on BOTH items they said that it was an errorThey did it again today with a shirtAlso, many people complain about their authentic items being taken down despite proof of authenticityPoshmark allows users to review items and judge their authenticityUSERSNot experts, not Poshmark company policy enforcers, USERSThe company has honestly worked out well for me over the past couple of years, which is why I gave stars, but if they continue to take my posts down with no valid reason I will report them on hereVery unprofessional company with high commissions and shipping rates!!!!

I have been notifying poshmark about not receiving a return for over a week nowThey asked me to wait until the 18th in which I did and informed them that I still have not recieved any word backThey are more than willing to respond immediately when its anything but a complaintI have been contacting them numerous times via email, social mediaIm also noticing a lot of other people not getting responses from them as well and complaining about it via social mediaThis is the second time ive had an issue with them and it took them until I made server actions for them to respondI shouldn't have to continuously contact them if I have an issueTheir system says they get back to you within hours and its been over hours since I first contacted them confirming I still have-not gotten my packageI need an answer immediately

My first Poshmark purchase...my last Live in Hawaii...invited to a ski week at *** ** ***...don't have the cold weather stuff...so saw a usually very expensive *** ski jacket on their site Bought it on a Friday...by Tuesday still no acknowledgement...placed a complaint...seller has ten days to ship...the ad listed the jacket available in ALL SIZES but I wanted to confirm they had an XL *** size 5...no response...when no one had responded in ten days, I cancelled the order and they refunded to my credit card...but I lost ten days and went to a local sporting goods store and bought what I needed...not the quality of *** but at least I had what I needed from a responsive store and not this terrible site...cancelled my account and stopped their stupid emails...and I'm off to the slopes

I sold a dress I had worn one time, there was nothing wrong with itThe buyer filed a claim saying that it was stainedPoshmark accepted her claim and had the item returnedWhen I received the dress, the "stains" were deodorant marksIt was incredibly obvious she had tried it on, it didn't fit, so she complained and was able to send it back despite their no returns if an item doesn't fit policyNone of the pictures I uploaded had these marks, and I haven't tried the dress on since after it was washed (way before I uploaded it)so now I'm stuck with this deodorant stained dress because the company can't follow through on their return policy

Purchased a purse from this app, it was a counterfeit, successfully resold on their app, the seller reported and Poshmark approved a returnThe buyer shipped the package back to me with a different address and no name, after a week of tracking down the package through USPS I opened a box full of paper and wrappings and trashAt this point, USPS is not liable, they delivered the package to the address as marked on the package, Poshmark issued the customer a refund, and here I am left with no refund and no itemI was unaware that selling such was not protected under posh protection and would not have purchased nor sold the item if it was not protectedCustomer service is poor, and they deserve zero stars from meEspecially because I received an email back stating that they are not responsible because the item was a counterfeitA counterfeit indeed- but one that they sold to me in the first place and I failed to realize it until it was too late

Poshmark provides no customer service and take advantage of customers while hiding behind their website to avoid giving cash refund and providing return labels for bad merchandise, I have made contact with poshmark a great number of times about a broken watch that was sent to me by a seller who said all it needed was a battery where I had a jeweler place one in it and said the watch was no good due to being broken, poshmark continues to make a lot of money while customers continue to lose a lot of money as poshmark look forward to customers discontinuing request for cash applied back to their debit or credit card which shows bad business practices as it appears that poshmark are allowed to continue to do so

I bought an item from Poshmark (purse) that was defectiveI wanted to return itI contacted Poshmark, submitting photos displaying the defectI received a reply email asking for more photos showing clearer details of defect (first photos were very clear, and showed accurate detail)I sent in more photos; Poshmark sent a reply email stating that: "Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because: - item is as shown in listing" It's true that the item listing didn't show the defect, as it was inside a zipper pocket, which was zipped closed in the online photosAsking for a refund for a defective item is a logical requestThe fact that I submitted exact, clearly defined photos showing the defect, requires Poshmark to send me a refund in full, as stated in their return policyIn denying my return request, they have misrepresented their own policies

I had been an active seller on Posh for nearly years, until I was nearly scammedI posted a picture of the STOLEN pics another posher was using, within my closetI never listed her name, because she changed accounts so frequentlyI also had instructions on how to use *** to tell if pics were fakeMy account was locked and I was told it wouldn't be reinstatedLet me also note for what Posh charges in sales, their customer service is nonexistent! The buyer did not comply with Poshmark's return policy, which clearly states that the buyer must open a formal return dispute with us within days of receiving the itemBecause the buyer failed to open a formal dispute with us within the allotted timeframe, the funds were released to the seller

This company is like *** where you can put your merchandise that you've bought yourself and either used or have not used up for sale and other members purchase it at a discountI've been a member of Poshmark and sold my items since ***I put up an authentic *** belt I purchased last year that I wore a handful of times but didn't find use forA new member that joined poshmark in January of this year with a brand new profile decided to purchase my beltI advertised it had no scratches and posted pictures which was true, like I stated I wore it less than timesThe member disputed the purchase saying she received it and it was scratchedThat was unusual because I remember packing it up to ship to her and looking at it one last time and it was in perfect conditionThe belt was sent back to me, the buckle was tarnished there were scratches all over the belt which I have pictures to proveI've been in contact with Poshmark and they refuse to open up another investigation and get

This company is very careless about communicating with you on issues with your sellAs a seller you have zero protection and if something happens you have to wait weeks to get a responseThey send an automotive message saying that they will response as soon as hours but that is not the caseA lot of the times you are waiting weeks many even months to get a response and by then the issue doesn’t even matter anymoreThey lack communication and just don’t care as a companyThey also make huge mistakesI had a friend who sold a very experience bag and shipped it out the same day only for Poshmark to cancel the order next day and tell her not to ship it out when *** already had the shipmentShe has yet to hear anything back about her bagHorrible customer service
